Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to exchange or refund, please return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Alternatively, we are happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are made via the same payment method you used online. Postage on returns is non-refundable.
Items that have been customised to a customers request and bespoke items are exempt from exchange or refund as per UK legislation.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. Please ensure that the items are safely packaged and returned to us using a signed for delivery service and include a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit whilst being returned to us.
In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply of £5 to UK addresses and £12 to international addresses.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "Returned for refund"or "Returned for repair". This will help to ensure that your returned goods are not held in UK customs, which could otherwise result in delays in processing your refund or you may become liable for customs charges. We will not pay custom charges for returned goods.
