We hope all of our customers are happy with their new piece of jewellery. Our aim is to provide every customer with the same excellent level of service to suit individual needs. If for any reason you are not entirely happy we will do our best to resolve this.

Returns and Exchanges
Full details of our Return Policy can be found here.  Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Price
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current UK rate.

Complaints
The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights. If goods do not reach you in good condition or are faulty, carriage costs for the affected portion of delivery back to Fate Design will be at our expense. You must contact us to arrange return delivery. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will keep you well informed about progress. Fate Design will only credit you for the items that have been damaged or are faulty upon safe receipt of the goods into our hands. Refunds will be furnished within 30 days of agreement to refund.

Delivery

Fate Design cannot be held responsible if any item you have ordered is impounded by or has extra duty or VAT charged on it by your local customs and excise department, therefore we recommend that you check with the Customs and Excise Department before ordering.  

To amend an order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to despatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed. An order may incur additional charges if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been despatched.

Product images and descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen.  All product information and technical specifications contained in Fate Design item descriptions are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions.

Security
We use Squarespace payments to collect and process transaction information.  

Data Protection
Fate Design conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Customer details will not be disclosed in any way to any persons outside of Fate Design. If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us, please register that with us immediately by e-mail. View our Privacy Policy.

Termination
We reserve the right to block access to our Internet services if your behaviour is found to be discordant with these terms and conditions at any time.
