All deliveries over £30 include FREE tracked postage to all UK addresses. We also ship to the USA, Canada and Australia. Please see individual listings for postage costs which will be combined when multiple items are ordered. 

We are not responsible for customs taxes in destination country, please check in advance of any fees you may be liable to pay. This can vary from state to state in the US for example.

Please check the listing for details of despatch times. We are an Artisan business and all jewellery is handcrafted in the workshop. Some pieces are ready to ship and dispatch times in this case will be 1 to 2 business days. Rings made to size are made individually after ordering and take 2 to 5 business days to posting depending on the design selected. If dispatch times are longer than this we will let you know , we always strive to post your new piece of handmade jewellery as soon as possible ensuring every care is taken with finish and packaging.

All of our jewellery pieces include a good quality branded Fate Design gift box, we also have lux boxes available which are satin lined and included with all One of a Kind pieces.
